Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has appointed Aaruni Dwivedi as the new Hotel Manager. With 17 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Aaruni brings extensive global expertise to his new role, where he will lead hotel operations and strengthen the commitment to exceptional service and luxury.
Aaruni is a seasoned leader in operations, having worked with top-rated Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in the APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions. His background in operations management, process improvement, and guest experience will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience at the Mumbai property.
Before joining the Mumbai team, Aaruni was the Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, where he led seven departments and achieved significant improvements in guest recognition and process efficiency. His career also includes leadership roles at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles and Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru. Aaruni has a strong track record in managing both pre-opening and established luxury hotels, overseeing large-scale operations, and implementing innovative strategies to boost guest satisfaction.
