With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years, Quezada brings a wealth of hospitality expertise and a passion for crafting unforgettable guest experiences to his new role. His leadership journey has traversed eight countries, where he has excelled in sales and general management within diverse hotel models, such as Club Cascadas de Baja in Cabo San Lucas, and an all-inclusive resort component for The Villa Group. His expertise encompasses all facets of business management, with a focus on resource optimization, sustainable strategies, and staff development.
In this role, Quezada will be responsible for the overall guest experience. He will manage all resort operations with a keen eye toward creating a welcoming and memorable environment that embodies the hotel's renowned hospitality as one of the Leading Hotels of the World.
Beyond his professional achievements, Quezada has been an active member of the Los Cabos community. He has served on various board and executive committees, including the Los Cabos Hotel Association and Empresarios Playa El Médano.
