Gopalakrishnan has extensive expertise in hospitality management, having held senior positions at prestigious brands such as The Ritz-Carlton and InterContinental Hotels. His career spans the UK, US and other key markets, focusing strongly on food and beverage leadership.
He holds a Swiss Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality from the Institute Hôtelier César Ritz in Switzerland. Gopalakrishnan will oversee resort operations, drive efficiency, and elevate guest service standards as the director of operations.
