Nuemann has risen the ranks from executive chef through culinary director to director of F&B at JW Marriott Marquis.
He started his career in his native Germany before moving to Arizona in the US then Grosvenor House in London.
Neumann moved to the Middle East in 2011 when he took up the position of sous chef at Renaissance Hotels in Doha. He moved to Dubai two years later, working at various Marriott properties before joining JW Marriott Marquis Dubai in 2020.
