
Frings, until recently, continued to dedicate a large part of his career to Grand Hyatt Dubai, where he excelled under the mentorship of Fathi Khogaly, area VP of Hyatt Hotels Dubai. Frings's approach to leadership, innovative thinking, and empowering his teams to push boundaries, earned him his last position of EAM - sales & marketing, where he led the sales team to record-breaking achievements and set new industry benchmarks, including the development of a 20'000 m2 Waterpark that will open in 2025 at Grand Hyatt Dubai.
Frings now steps into his next challenge as GM of Andaz Dubai The Palm, blending creativity with operational excellence to re-position the hotel with a bold new strategy on Palm Jumeirah. As Frings and Diaconu take on their new roles, Andaz Dubai The Palm is set for an exciting new chapter of innovation, guest experience excellence, and continued success in the ever-evolving hospitality landscape of Dubai.
