Mousa Shihadeh has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage at Fairmont Hotel Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Since joining Fairmont Hotel Riyadh in 2023, Shihadeh has worked closely with Younes, gaining insight into Fairmont's service philosophy and operational approach. His progression from director of banquets to assistant director of food & beverage has allowed him to contribute to service enhancements, operational efficiencies, and guest experience innovations, strengthening his role within the division.

As director of food & beverage, Shihadeh will oversee the hotel's dining operations, building on the foundation established by Younes. His focus will be on culinary innovation, service refinement, and revenue growth.

Shihadeh will also lead new initiatives, including themed dining nights at The 365 and a series of seasonal culinary experiences, positioning Fairmont Hotel Riyadh as a key dining destination.
