Jessica joins Arizona Biltmore as Resort Manager. She began her hospitality career with Caesars Entertainment in 2007, focused in Food and Beverage. After working 7 years with the gaming giant, she left her position of Director of Food and Beverage Operations. Having joined Pyramid Global Hospitality in 2013, she was able to gain experience in Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key, The Phelps Hotel a Residence Inn by Marriott and finally, open up the AC Hotel Cincinnati at the Banks. Most recently she served as the Director of Retail Food Services at Miami University in Oxford Ohio.
Now, Jessica is excited to return to PGH and take on the role of Resort Manager at the Arizona Biltmore. In this position, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring a seamless guest experience across all departments. In joining the team, she looks forward to gaining new skills and further developing her leadership abilities while making a positive impact on the guest experience.
