Arizona Biltmore welcomes Bertrand as the new Director of Food and Beverage. With over 25 years of hospitality experience, 17 of which were dedicated to the luxury hotel industry, Bertrand brings extensive knowledge to this role. Originally from Paris, France, he has had the privilege of living and working in five different countries, allowing him to develop a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and traditions. Most recently, Bertrand served as Director of Food and Beverage across four hotels for the past nine years, including his leadership role at Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, where he led a $100 million hotel renovation and introduced five new dining concepts.
At Arizona Biltmore, Bertrand will oversee the resort's seven dining outlets and hopes to elevate banquet dining and drive environmentally friendly initiatives to reduce food waste.
