With over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Montagnani has built an impressive career in the industry, holding leadership roles at prestigious hotels where he focused on driving operational excellence. He joined R Collection Hotels six years ago as the General Manager of the Grand Hotel Victoria Concept & Spa. During his tenure, Montagnani played a pivotal role in the successful reopening of the hotel after a comprehensive three-year renovation.
