Jon Siberry assumed the role of Director of Revenue Management in March 2025. In his position, Jon is responsible for crafting and executing revenue strategies at both group-wide and individual property levels. His focus spans across core areas such as pricing optimization, distribution strategy, technology integration, data analysis, and long-term business planning.
Jon's responsibilities also extend to strengthening the Revenue Management team and working in tandem with the E-Commerce and Operations departments. Together, they aim to drive portfolio growth and elevate overall performance through strategic collaboration and streamlined commercial practices.
With a hospitality career spanning over three decades, Jon Siberry brings deep expertise in both Room Operations and Food & Beverage. He earned his Hotel Management degree in Bermuda in the early 1990s, and has since built an international career across various hotel markets. In 2004, SDK Consulting was founded, and by the following year, Jon stepped into the role of Group Revenue Manager at Sarova Hotels.
At Sarova Hotels, which includes four properties across the UK, Jon leads the revenue strategy by coordinating a team of Revenue Managers and overseeing critical functions like distribution, pricing strategy, data analytics, and the deployment of revenue management technology. He also manages the Central Reservations and Events teams while collaborating closely with E-Commerce and Marketing under a unified commercial approach.
Jon will now divide his time between Sarova Hotels and Z Hotels, continuing to lead through SDK Consulting as he supports the commercial success of both hospitality brands.
