Randy Morton

Hilton is proud to announce the appointment of Randy Morton as general manager of Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, the 389-room luxury non-gaming, non-smoking property located on the famed Las Vegas Strip.

A distinguished Las Vegas visionary and hospitality veteran, Morton's impressive career, punctuated by a series of influential leadership roles, is best defined by his decade-long tenure as President and COO of Bellagio Resort & Casino. Morton served as Vice President of Hotel Operations at Bellagio; President of OVG Las Vegas Hotel & Casino and Co-CEO of Foley Entertainment Group and the Vegas Golden Knights. His 30-plus year career has also included General Manager and Resident Manager roles at various Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts across the United States, Hawaii, and Canada.

Morton's arrival to Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas marks a pivotal moment, as he guides the final stages of a property-wide multi-million-dollar renovation, highlighted by the recent debut of the highly anticipated reimagined 23rd floor. This transformation included the introduction of Peacock Alley, the Waldorf Astoria brand's signature tea lounge and bar, and Hard Shake, an intimate, sophisticated bar offering inventive cocktails against the dazzling Las Vegas skyline. Morton's extensive background in luxury hospitality, combined with his deep local knowledge and in-market experience, will be instrumental in driving the hotel's continued evolution to cement the property as the premier luxury destination on the Las Vegas Strip.

Outside of work, Morton remains an active member of the Las Vegas community and has contributed to several local charitable programs and philanthropic passion projects, including the Three Square Food Bank, which is Southern Nevada's only food bank and hunger relief organization, and the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, a neurological institute dedicated to the pursuit of finding more effective treatments for cognitive disorders while offering state-of-the-art care for individuals affected by these diseases and their care partners. Morton was also the Founding Trustee of the Vegas Golden Knights Alumni Association.
