Roger D. Nader has been appointed General Manager at EDGE Creekside Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Roger D. Nader as the new General Manager of EDGE Creekside Hotel, Dubai - a strategic move that marks an exciting chapter in the hotel's journey toward continued growth and excellence.
Roger brings over 20 years of seasoned hospitality experience across the Middle East, having held senior leadership positions at esteemed hotels and resorts in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, and Syria. His proven expertise in operational management, strategic planning, and team leadership make him a natural fit to steer EDGE Creekside Hotel toward even greater achievements.
Most recently, Roger served as General Manager at Hatta Resorts under the Jumeirah Group, where he oversaw a complex resort operation comprising 94 accommodation units and six dining outlets. His leadership was instrumental in driving innovative marketing strategies, successful CAPEX project implementations, and close collaboration with Dubai Holdings.
Before that, Roger held the role of General Manager at Jannah Hotel Apartments & Villas in Ras Al Khaimah, and earned the property the prestigious TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award in 2021.
His earlier experience includes key roles such as Director of Operations at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa and Mövenpick Hotel & Spa in Qatar, where he led impactful renovation projects, significantly enhancing both guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Roger is widely recognized for his dynamic leadership style, hands-on operational focus, and a forward-thinking mindset that emphasizes innovation, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences. His vast experience in hotel pre-openings, brand positioning, and performance optimization positions him as a valuable asset to our organization.
