A familiar face within the Four Seasons family, Ayoub spent the first 19 years of his distinguished career with the company. Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Ayoub brings more than 23 years' experience in luxury hospitality to his new role. His career spans some of the world's most prestigious properties, from the two Four Seasons properties in Cairo to the former Four Seasons Hotel Moscow and Raffles The Palm Dubai. Drawing on his own experience across every facet of hotel operations - from Front Office to Concierge, Reservations and Communications, Spa and beyond - Ayoub has a hands-on approach to leadership. It's this comprehensive "insider knowledge" that also feeds the unique blend of emotional intelligence, creativity and strategic problem-solving he's known for.
Arriving from the dynamic, fast-paced and hyper-connected world of Dubai to the serene, nature-bound setting of the Maldives was transformative for Ayoub.
