Pure Wellness, the foremost provider of turnkey antiviral, antimicrobial, and hypoallergenic solutions for the hospitality industry, proudly announces the promotion of Zach Webster to Chief Operating Officer. With a decade of service at Pure Wellness, Webster has played a transformative role in redefining the company's operational strategy.
As Head of Operations, Webster led a national team of technicians, overseeing operations from supply chain management to purchasing. His leadership improved profitability while also preserving the company's culture, which he credits as the foundation for Pure Wellness' long-term success.
Thrust into a leadership role during the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Webster spearheaded a comprehensive reinvention of the company's operations. Under his guidance, Pure Wellness successfully decentralized its operations, transitioning key functions and personnel from its Buffalo headquarters to regional hubs in Dallas, Las Vegas, and Tampa Bay, broadening reach and improving operational efficiency across the country. "Our team embraced change with resilience and grit," said Webster. "We streamlined processes and maximized labor efficiency—all while maintaining a strong culture."
In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Webster will expand his focus to include sales and strategic outreach, with an emphasis on scalable growth. He plans to target high-density property markets, particularly in the senior living industry, and build out data-driven case studies to illustrate Pure Wellness's impact across 40+ states.
Webster's dedication to wellness runs deep. A certified personal trainer and former volunteer firefighter, his passion began during high school at Erie One BOCES, where he studied health and wellness. After joining Pure Wellness as a technician in 2016, Webster pursued higher education at Luther Rice College and Seminary, driven by his holistic view of leadership and life balance.
