In his new role, Kuperberg will bring a strategic and hands-on approach to working with hotel developers and owners. With expertise on a global basis across every phase of the development process, including site selection, hotel programming, design and construction, brand selection and negotiations and capital raising, he offers a comprehensive perspective that supports both creative vision of a project and its financial viability.
Kuperberg joins Majestic Hospitality from Hyatt, where he played a key role in the growth and success of the Dream portfolio after Hyatt's acquisition of Dream Hotel Group. Prior to the acquisition in February 2023, he served as chief development officer at Dream Hotel Group. He held similar roles with other leading international hotel companies, including senior vice president of development with Virgin Hotels and at separate times both vice president of US and international development with Wyndham Hotel Group. He received his bachelor's degree in history from the University of California at Berkeley and his master's degree in business/health management from Yale University.
