In his new role, Lee will oversee hotel operations and play a key role in shaping the guest experience, ensuring excellence across all departments of the 446-room property. With a deep understanding of New York's competitive hospitality landscape, Lee will guide the hotel's strategic vision, elevate service standards, and continue to position Hard Rock Hotel New York as a must-visit destination for travelers and locals alike.
Prior to joining Hard Rock Hotel New York, Lee held senior roles at several prestigious properties, including General Manager at Gurney's Montauk Resort and Seawater Spa and Hotel Manager at The Langham Boston. He also previously served as Director of Food & Beverage at Chatham Bars Inn, where he honed a skill set that bridges operational efficiency with exceptional guest-centered service. His leadership continues to shine through the successful operations of the hotel's celebrated dining venues, including Sessions Restaurant & Bar and the rooftop hotspot RT60 Rooftop Bar & Lounge.
A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Hospitality Administration & Management, Lee is known for his strategic insight, collaborative spirit, and commitment to building high-performing teams. His expertise spans across hotel management, business development, and event execution, making him a dynamic force within Hard Rock Hotel New York's leadership team.
