Omni Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Terrance Kelly as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita, the brand's highly anticipated debut in Mexico. Coinciding with this appointment, the resort will begin accepting group bookings starting July 1, 2025, ahead of its opening in early 2027.

Kelly brings over two decades of luxury hospitality experience to the role, along with a proven track record of driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering transformative strategies. Most recently, Kelly served as Area Director of Sales & Marketing for The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and W Miami, where he delivered exceptional results through bold strategy and decisive leadership.

In his new role, Kelly will lead Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita's pre-opening sales and marketing efforts, building a high-performing team and crafting the brand voice that positions this resort as a premier group and incentive destination in the region.

Nestled across 50 pristine oceanfront acres in Riviera Nayarit, Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita is poised to redefine luxury travel in Latin America. With 246 elegantly appointed ocean view guest rooms and suites, three resort-style pools, a world-class spa, signature culinary experiences, and immersive cultural and wellness programming, the property will reflect the rich heritage and natural beauty of the destination.

Purposefully designed for group and incentive travel, the resort features over 27,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. Kelly has also held positions at Marriott International and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he spent more than 15 years in key sales and operational roles in top global markets.
