Childress brings more than 19 years of hospitality experience and a solid background in hotel operations to her new role as general manager. With 12 years of experience working within Hilton brands, Childress has developed expertise across both major hotel chains and boutique properties. Since joining Remington in 2023, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth by taking on multiple task force assignments while volunteering for opportunities to expand her skills.
