With more than a decade of experience in hospitality leadership and a lifelong passion for thoughtful service and sustainability, Case brings a seasoned and heartfelt approach to her new role at the helm of one of Virginia's premier wine and culinary destinations.
Over the past decade, Case has held senior leadership roles at some of the region's most acclaimed venues, including The Clifton in Charlottesville, where she served as General Manager, as well as The Dominion Club, The Hilton Hotel & Spa, and Pond House Café. Under her stewardship, these properties earned numerous accolades — a testament to her meticulous standards and guest-centered philosophy.
A native of Southern Indiana and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia, Case's professional journey began in the information technology sector after earning degrees in Business and Business Information Technologies from the University of Virginia and the University of Lynchburg. In 2012, inspired by her upbringing in a home where farm-to-table principles were a way of life long before they were a movement, she transitioned into the hospitality industry—a decision that would shape the next chapter of her career.
In her new role, Case will oversee all aspects of guest experience, hospitality operations, and strategic initiatives at Pippin Hill, a venue widely recognized for its award-winning wines, exceptional cuisine, and breathtaking setting in the heart of Virginia's wine country. Her vision includes a continued focus on sustainable practices, elevated culinary experiences, and fostering a warm, welcoming culture for both guests and staff.
When not at work, Case enjoys cooking, tennis, and, most of all, spending time with her grandchildren, who lovingly call her "Birdie."
