Coleman Phillips has a dynamic and multifaceted background in hospitality and wellness, shaped by years of experience across luxury resorts, high-end retail, and professional sports. His career began in elite athletic care, serving as the massage therapist for the Sacramento Kings, where he supported player performance, recovery, and overall physical wellness at the highest level. Seamlessly transitioning into luxury hospitality, Coleman has since led spa operations at renowned properties including The Wellhouse at Blackberry Farm, Meadowood Spa in Napa Valley, and The Spa at Four Seasons Nashville. In these roles, he has directed both high-profile launches and strategic reopenings, while overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence and strong financial performance. At The Wellhouse, he and his team achieved over $3 million in revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as the Opening Spa Manager for Four Seasons Nashville, he led the spa to exceed $2 million in revenue, further solidifying his reputation as a results-driven leader in the wellness industry.
