JA Resorts & Hotels has announced a key appointment to its leadership team as part of its strategy to enhance brand positioning and elevate guest experiences - Philip Hardie has been appointed director of food & beverages at JA Ocean View Hotel.
Hardie joins as director of food & beverages following nearly two decades in hospitality, including 10 years with Marriott where he led operations at Mina Seyahi Resort's 16 venues, achieving record revenues at Barasti Beach Bar. Recognised with accolades such as Caterer Middle East's Highly Commended Bar Manager and the Starwood President's Award, Hardie is known for his concept development skills and operational excellence. At JA Ocean View Hotel, he aims to introduce fresh dining concepts, enhance efficiency, and deliver standout guest experiences across the property's culinary offerings.
