OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group today announced the appointment of Jason Takaki as General Manager of Napili Shores Maui by OUTRIGGER.
Takaki will be responsible for overseeing AOAO and property rental operations, ensuring the property and its public areas are well-maintained. He will also work closely with the Rental Pool to optimize revenue and uphold high unit quality standards.
An accomplished hospitality professional with more than eight years of management and training experience, Takaki brings expertise in operations, staff development, safety and security, guest services and departmental leadership.
Takaki most recently served as Director of Security at the AOAO for The Whaler on Kā'anapali Beach and previously held leadership roles in operations and rooms division management. As General Manager, he will lead on-site departments, maintain strong communication with OUTRIGGER's corporate office and ensure excellence in service quality, guest satisfaction, profitability, facility upkeep and workplace culture in alignment with OUTRIGGER standards.
