Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas has appointed Petr Pisecky as its new general manager.
With nearly 30 years of hospitality experience across three continents, Pisecky brings a bold, visionary leadership style to the flagship Qatari resort.
A Czech national, Pisecky began his hospitality career as a waiter apprentice before progressing through roles in operations, business development, and front office management. His professional journey has spanned six countries, with over two decades at Hilton. Most recently, he led the pre-opening of a Hilton property in Riyadh, following his tenure as cluster GM for DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Al Muroj and Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Olaya.
He has also held leadership roles in China, Australia, the UAE, and his native Czech Republic. Outside work, Pisecky is a passionate football and rugby fan, a committed family man, and an avid global traveller with a love for international cuisines.
