As part of a two-phase reopening project, the resort has recently opened in July with its first phase of the renovation, featuring 100 newly renovated guest rooms and suites in its North Tower. The remaining 119 guestrooms and suites in the South Tower will debut in late 2025. Along with the newly designed rooms, Weil will oversee the resort's evolution with the debut of a refreshed 3,000-square-foot pool area and two new food and beverage concepts.

Leslie most recently served as General Manager of Dua Miami, an Autograph Collection hotel, where she successfully transitioned the hotel from the SLS Brand to the Marriott portfolio. Prior to that, Weil led the opening of the widely acclaimed Moxy South Beach as General Manager, overseeing all pre-opening and opening operations. She's also served in leadership positions at The Logan in Philadelphia, The Colonnade in Coral Gables and Turnberry Hotel Group. Over the span of her career, Weil has been an integral part of over 20 hotel openings and transitions around the globe.
