With more than 20 years of international culinary and hospitality experience, Chef Hurtado brings a refined expertise in luxury resort operations, menu innovation, and team leadership to his new role in Nevis.

In his role as Executive Chef, Hurtado will oversee culinary operations at the Resort's four distinctive dining venues: On the Dune, EsQuilina, Mango, and Kastawey Beach Bar, as well as private dining experiences, beach dinners and in room dining. His leadership will focus on innovative menu development, exceptional guest service and team empowerment to deliver memorable culinary journeys.

Born in Mexico, Daniel Hurtado has honed his culinary craft internationally, holding leadership roles at renowned brands such as Richard Sandoval Hospitality, Rosewood, sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, Park Hyatt and Hyatt Regency.
