First Hospitality, a national hotel operating, management, and development company, announces the appointment of Logan Fish to senior director of business development.
Building on his experience in hotel development and acquisitions, Fish will support in efforts to secure third-party management agreements and maintain a robust pipeline of new business. His role will also include cultivating relationships with key industry stakeholders, evaluating management opportunities, supporting all phases of the development process, and representing First Hospitality at major industry conferences and events.
Fish joins First Hospitality from StepStone Hospitality where he served as director of development, preparing more than 150 in-depth investment analyses for various hotel acquisitions and ground up development projects. He also played an instrumental role in adding 18 hotels within three years to the company's portfolio. Prior to that, Logan held analyst roles at Park Hotels & Resorts.
Fish is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a minor in Real-Estate Investment through the Hospitality Business school. In his free time, Fish enjoys hockey, skiing, and spending time with family.
