A valued leader within Pyramid Global Hospitality, Drenth brings a wealth of experience, passion, and proven success to her new role at The Belgrove Resort & Spa West Palm Beach. In her new role, Drenth will oversee all operations, ensuring the property continues to deliver world-class service and remains a leading destination as the only resort in West Palm Beach.
With more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry across Hilton, Marriott, and independent brands, Drenth has demonstrated commitment to innovation, operational efficiency, and team development. Since joining The Belgrove in 2024 as Assistant General Manager, Drenth has played a critical role in the success of key resort initiatives including its grand opening and the launch of The Villas at The Belgrove. A true example of Florida homegrown talent, Drenth applies a well-rounded leadership approach that blends operational expertise, a strong background in sales, and a deep dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a graduate of Florida State University, Drenth began her career in hospitality in Tallahassee at Hilton with a focus on Sales and Marketing. Over the years, she's held leadership roles in Sales and Revenue Management before transitioning into Operations. Brittany began her journey with Pyramid Global Hospitality as a Reservations Manager and worked her way to Director of Operations at the DoubleTree Hilton in Tampa. She continued to expand her hospitality experience at an independent property before returning to Pyramid Hospitality to join the newly opened Belgrove Resort & Spa.
Since its grand opening in March 2025, The Belgrove Resort & Spa West Palm Beach has quickly established itself as a premier destination that celebrates the timeless elegance and history of West Palm Beach.
