Waldorf Astoria Orlando is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Fabiano as hotel manager. With more than 15 years of luxury hospitality experience spanning operations, rooms division leadership and revenue strategy, Fabiano brings a dynamic, guest-first approach to one of Central Florida's premier resort destinations.
Fabiano most recently served as director of operations (task force) for Hilton Luxury Brands Americas, where he supported properties including Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, Park City and Washington D.C. He played a pivotal role in crisis management, operational recovery, and leadership transition, while training on-property executive teams and aligning operations with Forbes Travel Guide standards. Prior to that, he served as director of rooms and an executive committee member at Mandarin Oriental New York, where he oversaw the innovation of guest experience and implemented major operational efficiencies across the front office, housekeeping, and concierge services. Earlier roles include leadership positions at The Conrad New York Downtown, Millennium Hilton New York Downtown, and the Waldorf Astoria New York.
In his new role at Waldorf Astoria Orlando, Fabiano will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, focusing on enhancing service delivery, elevating guest satisfaction and supporting team engagement and performance. He plans to introduce innovative tools and training systems that align with the Waldorf Astoria brand promise while optimizing operational efficiencies across departments.
