Most recently serving as Managing Director of Grace Bay Club & Private Villa Collection in Turks & Caicos, Hazard was named Hotelier of the Year at the prestigious Star Awards this year, a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation and people-first leadership.

At Grace Bay Club, Hazard oversaw all aspects of a $65 million operation, leading transformative renovations, a spa rebranding and the opening of new F&B concepts, all while enhancing owner relations and driving record revenue performance. His earlier role as Vice President, Operations and Asset Management, US & Caribbean at L+R Hotels saw him oversee a portfolio consisting of $260 million in annual revenue across the U.S. and the Caribbean. Hazard's leadership will be instrumental in shaping Salterra's guest journey, anchoring the resort as a marquee destination within The Luxury Collection and a transformative presence in the Turks & Caicos luxury market.
