Erth Abu Dhabi has announced the promotion of Clarke Tomlinson to chief operating officer. Tomlinson, who joined Erth in 2023 as general manager of hospitality within the corporate catering division, brings more than two decades of hospitality experience spanning the UAE, UK, and Australia. Known for his ability to deliver strong P&L performance and lead diverse teams, Tomlinson has managed large-scale operations and multi-site catering businesses throughout his career.
During his tenure at Erth, he has been credited with driving innovation in catering operations, introducing new service verticals, and improving profitability. His analytical approach and people-first leadership style have helped strengthen the division's foundation for growth.
As COO, Tomlinson will oversee Erth Abu Dhabi's broader operations, guiding the next phase of development for the capital hospitality brand.
