With almost 15 years experience at leading hospitality brands, including Four Seasons properties in Palm Beach, Whistler, and Dallas, Rogers brings a dynamic blend of leadership, creativity, and service-driven excellence to the role. Most recently, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at The Mirage Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Rogers is deeply passionate about hospitality and is driven to lead with both purpose and innovation. His appointment aligns with the hotel's vision to deliver an unmatched level of service and quality in every aspect of the guest experience.
Rogers is a graduate of Texas Christian University, holding a Bachelor's in Business and an MBA from Duke University. He resides in Menlo Park and in his free time, enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking. He's known for his stylish presence and approachable leadership style.
