With more than three decades of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, including two transformative decades with The Ritz-Carlton, Rosa steps into the role with a steadfast dedication to service and an inspiring track record of leadership across some of the brand's most celebrated properties.
A pillar of The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne for over 20 years, Rosa shaped the guest experience and team culture at every level. Her tenure with the property began in 2004 as Executive Steward, before she quickly advanced into leadership roles within the Food & Beverage division, including Director of Pool & Beach Operations and Director of Banquets. For nearly 11 years, she served as Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing multiple restaurants while deepening guest loyalty, driving strong business performance and helping establish a culture rooted in service excellence and forward-thinking hospitality.
In 2021, Rosa was promoted to Director of Operations, a role that showcased her remarkable versatility as she guided all hotel departments with her signature blend of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and deep commitment to the Gold Standards that define The Ritz-Carlton experience.
Rosa has contributed to the successful openings of several marquee Ritz-Carlton over the course of her career, including New Orleans, Dorado Beach, Dove Mountain, Aruba, and Portland. She also lent her leadership expertise to the EDITION brand with opening roles in both Barcelona and Miami Beach.
As Hotel Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami she will continue to inspire the next generation of leaders, champion The Ritz-Carlton's legacy of personalized service, and cultivate unforgettable experiences for guests from around the world.
A passionate hotelier and native of Honduras, Rosa finds joy in sharing stories, cultural insights, and care through food and hospitality. When she's not at the hotel, she enjoys cooking, writing recipes, and spending time in her favorite Florida retreat, Sarasota.
