We are delighted to announce the appointment of Gurnoor Bindra as General Manager of The St. Regis Goa Resort, effective June 30, 2025.
A seasoned hospitality leader with over 14 years of experience across Asia and the Middle East, Gurnoor most recently served as General Manager of the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai, the largest Sheraton in the Middle East. Under her leadership, the property witnessed significant transformation, including the launch of innovative F&B concepts that garnered widespread industry recognition. Her achievements have earned her accolades such as 'Middle East General Manager of the Year' and a place among the '30 Best GMs in the UAE.'
Gurnoor's journey into hospitality began after a successful early career in finance across the manufacturing and service sectors. She holds a degree from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, an Executive Master's from IIM Lucknow, and has completed executive programs in Strategic Hospitality Management and Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management at Cornell University. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she has led numerous high-impact projects across regions—enhancing guest experience, productivity, and process efficiency.
Beyond the boardroom, Gurnoor is an avid traveller, a trained classical dancer, and a passionate food enthusiast.
