Accor has strengthened its leadership team in Dubai with the appointment of Drishti Mistry as cluster digital marketing manager for Novotel Dubai Al Barsha and Aparthotel Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha.

At just 24, Mistry takes on responsibility for spearheading the marketing strategy of two of Accor's flagship properties, covering 666 rooms, four F&B venues, 11 meeting spaces, and wellness facilities. She becomes the youngest member of the hotels' management team, charged with driving visibility, digital performance, and ROI-focused campaigns across every guest touchpoint.

Mistry brings proven expertise in performance-led marketing. At DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jaddaf, she reshaped the property's positioning with innovative F&B launches, seasonal activations, and data-driven campaigns that delivered record-breaking returns. Her work elevated the hotel's online reputation, while also contributing to industry recognition with its first award wins.

Her career began with Accor, where she rose from marketing coordinator to executive, supporting Mövenpick JVT, Novotel JVT, Adagio JVT, Pullman Sharjah, and Marjan Island Resort & Spa. The experience built her foundation in hospitality marketing and sparked her passion for blending creativity with analytics.

Recognised in Hotelier Middle East's Marketing Power List 2024, Mistry now returns to Accor as an emerging leader.
