Born and trained in France, Eddy Dhenin is an award-winning pâtissier whose artistry spans Michelin-starred kitchens and world-class hotels. His pastry creations - true edible works of art - have earned him many accolades, including recognition in the prestigious Grand Marnier Young Restauranteur competition in Paris. His more than fifteen-year career with Four Seasons has taken him around the globe from Europe to the Caribbean and Central America to Asia, and now, to Naples Beach Club. Here, he will lead the creation of show-stopping desserts, pastries, and bakery programs across the resort, all with his signature artistic touch and deep respect for local and seasonal ingredients, giving guests a taste of indulgence.
