Experiential Capital Group (ECG), the Chicago-based real estate investment and management firm behind The Neighborhood Hotel brand, is pleased to announce that Jackson Chase has joined the company as Director of Asset Management & Investments.
Jackson brings six years of experience in real estate finance, operations, and strategic analysis. He joins ECG from Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS), a Sam Zell-affiliated company, where he most recently served as Team Lead overseeing the firm's largest portfolio, representing more than 50% of operations, and contributing significant value creation through optimization initiatives.
Over the course of his career at ELS, Jackson also held roles as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst, where he was tasked with reporting and revenue tracking across 200+ properties, and the underwriting of marina and manufactured housing assets. He was also selected for an exclusive leadership cohort focused on enhancing company performance, culture, and customer experience across the business.
