Matthew Grauso joins Remington as Vice President of Operations - Caribbean, while Benito Benitez has been promoted to Vice President of Operations - Latin America. Grauso brings nearly three decades of experience in resort and luxury hotel operations, with 23 years dedicated to Hawaii, specifically on the islands of Maui, Oahu, and The Big Island. He played a pivotal role in the construction, development, and pre-opening phases, driving the successful launch and strategic repositioning of properties as market leaders across renowned hospitality companies, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and Highgate Hotels. Previously, he served as General Manager of the 'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach, where he led the resort's re-concepting into a premier luxury lifestyle destination and The Sheraton Kona Resort, achieving a robust financial scorecard and strengthening the property's reputation in the market to best in class. His ability to elevate independent and branded properties alike underscores his deep operational expertise across diverse hospitality segments.
