Flores brings nearly three decades of hospitality expertise to the sophisticated Hill Country retreat, having been instrumental in 11 hotel openings throughout his distinguished career spanning Omni Hotels, Valencia Hotel Group and White Lodging.
Since opening in January 2025, Albert Hotel has established itself as more than just a place to stay. Flores' 27-year career in hospitality has been marked by his commitment to operational excellence and team development. His experience spans luxury hotel operations with Omni Hotels, an extensive 23-year tenure with Valencia Hotel Group and recent leadership roles with White Lodging. Throughout his career, Flores has contributed to multiple Condé Nast award-winning hotels, demonstrating his ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the highest level.
Born into the hospitality industry, Flores follows in the footsteps of his father, who worked in the business for over 50 years. This foundation provided Flores with a deep, ground-up understanding of hospitality operations, having immersed himself in a range of positions to truly understand every aspect of hotel management.
