
St Julien Hotel & Spa announces food and beverage leadership, helmed by Bryan Amaro, the director of restaurants and bars. The announcement comes as the downtown Boulder property celebrates its 20th anniversary, a milestone for both the hotel and for Amaro, who has been with St Julien since its opening in March 2005.
In his expanded role, Amaro will oversee Jill's Restaurant & Bistro, T-Zero Cocktail Bar, in-room dining, the beverage program and entertainment. Over the past two decades, he has been central to shaping the property's beverage program, mentoring team members, and creating exceptional dining and cocktail experiences for guests and the Boulder community.
