The announcement comes as the downtown Boulder property celebrates its 20th anniversary, a milestone for both the hotel and for Amaro, who has been with St Julien since its opening in March 2005.
In his expanded role, Amaro will oversee Jill's Restaurant & Bistro, T-Zero Cocktail Bar, in-room dining, the beverage program and entertainment.
