Nocturne Luxury Villas, owner and operator of best-in-class luxury villa rental companies in the US, Caribbean, and Mexico, has appointed Gabe Solano as general manager of Grand Cayman Villas & Condos.
With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Solano will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operations, portfolio development, and homeowner and guest experience.
Prior to joining Grand Cayman Villas & Condos, Solano held leadership roles across hospitality and luxury rentals, including resort manager at Royal Isabela, property director at Casa Bacardi Puerto Rico, where he grew annual visitors to over 220,000 and tripled profitability, and director of F&B at W Hotels. He also managed operations at Spritz, Golden Age Hospitality, and Constellation Culinary Group. He began his career at Mandarin Oriental New York and has hands-on experience with luxury short-term rentals at Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico. Solano holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from the University of Delaware.
