TFE Hotels has appointed Thiva Kesavan as General Manager of Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough. He brings more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience across Australia and the Asia-Pacific, including senior roles with Hyatt, Accor, and IHG.
Before joining Rendezvous, Thiva served as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Perth, where he drove strong results across commercial and operational performance.
His arrival comes as the 337-room hotel continues a multi-million dollar rolling refurbishment that includes refreshed rooms, upgraded public areas, and an enhanced coastal lifestyle focus. Thiva will lead the next stage of the transformation and support the hotel's positioning as a leading beachfront destination in Perth.
