In her new role, Affleck will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with national corporate and association clients, driving group sales performance, and positioning Naples Grande Beach Resort as a premier destination for meetings, incentives, and large-scale events. She will collaborate closely with the resort's executive sales team to identify growth opportunities, expand market share, and deliver exceptional value to partners across the country.
Affleck brings more than a decade of hospitality sales leadership experience to her new position. Most recently, she served as Commercial Director of Sales at the Washington Hilton, where she oversaw more than $100 million in annual group revenue across over 1,100 rooms and extensive event space. She led a 15-member commercial sales team and executed major events for national corporate and association clients.
Throughout her career, Affleck has held key sales and leadership positions with top-tier Hilton and Hyatt properties, earning recognition for exceeding sales goals, revitalizing underperforming hotels post-renovation, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive both revenue and engagement. A recipient of the Hilton Circle of Excellence Award, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.
