A seasoned hospitality professional, she has held key leadership positions at renowned properties across the United States with major hotel brands such as Hyatt and Marriott.
Throughout her career, Oksana has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to elevating service standards, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and driving financial success. At Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, she directed operations for a 481-room property, increasing guest satisfaction scores and driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and operational enhancements.
