A seasoned commercial leader with over 17 years of experience in luxury hospitality across the UAE and international markets, Natalia brings with her a wealth of expertise in strategic sales, marketing, and brand development. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for exceeding commercial targets, leading high-performing teams, and driving innovative, results-oriented strategies.

Prior to joining Mövenpick, Natalia held senior leadership positions with Accor, Marriott International, and Emaar Hospitality Group, where she successfully spearheaded pre-openings, rebranding initiatives, and market expansion projects. Most recently, she served as Director of Sales & Marketing at sister property Swissôtel Al Ghurair & Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair.

Natalia's expertise extends across luxury brand positioning, digital transformation, corporate and MICE segment development, and strategic partnerships. Fluent in English and Russian, she combines a global mindset with a passion for innovation, inclusion, and operational excellence.

In her new role, Natalia will lead the cluster's commercial strategy for both properties, with a focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and elevating brand visibility across key business segments.
