Stonebridge, a Denver-based, privately owned, nationally recognized hotel management company, announced today that Christian Chen has joined the company as Vice President of Feasibility. In this role, Chen will lead the firm's feasibility and underwriting initiatives, providing analytical and strategic insights to support Stonebridge's continued growth across its portfolio.

Chen brings over a decade of hospitality, real estate, and financial analysis experience to Stonebridge, having most recently served as Vice President of Feasibility & Underwriting at Remington Hospitality. During his tenure, he led a team responsible for underwriting hotel acquisitions, refinances, and capital investment projects, while collaborating across departments to align financial strategy with operational execution. Previously, Chen held senior roles at Aimbridge Hospitality, where he managed a multi-person group overseeing the company's feasibility and underwriting needs, and at CBRE Hotels (formerly PKF Consulting), where he developed expansion strategies and conducted feasibility studies for hotel assets across the United States.

Chen earned his Master of Business Administration from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business, with a focus on real estate, strategy, and marketing, and his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
