Fadi Batmani

Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex has appointed Fadi Batmani as director of human resources.

With more than 11 years of experience, Batmani has developed a reputation for his strategic leadership and commitment to nurturing talent, Rotana says. Having joined Rotana in 2014 through management trainee initiative, the TAROT (The Accelerated Rotana Training) programme, he has since advanced through a series of key human resources positions across multiple properties in the region.

Most recently, Batmani served as cluster human resources manager at Centro Capital, Sedra Arjaan, and Sedra Residences by Rotana in Doha. During this time, his employers say he played an instrumental role in enhancing employee engagement, advancing people development programmes, and fostering a workplace culture built on collaboration and excellence.

Known for his passion for people and culture, Batmani has consistently championed Rotana's core LIFE values — Long-term, Innovative, Friendly, and Ethical — ensuring that these principles are reflected across every level of the organisation. His leadership philosophy centres on empowering teams, cultivating growth, and driving sustainable performance.

A Jordanian national, Batmani holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from The Hashemite University in Jordan. His extensive experience and dedication to human resources excellence are set to make a lasting impact at the Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex.

Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel offers 318 rooms and suites with city or pool views, along with leisure, dining and meeting facilities. The property also features six fully equipped meeting rooms, a Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club, an outdoor pool, and a wellness area with sauna and massage rooms.
