Donnette Hoilett has been appointed Director of Sales at ONE | GT in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
In anticipation of its highly awaited debut this winter, Grand Cayman's newest luxury boutique hotel, ONE | GT has added an accomplished Caymanian professional to its leadership team: Donnette Hoilett as Director of Sales. She will play a pivotal role in shaping the hotel's internal culture and external market positioning as ONE | GT prepares to redefine luxury in Grand Cayman.
Hoilett's appointment continues a distinguished career representing some of the most recognized global hospitality brands. She will help lead ONE | GT's sales strategy across corporate, leisure, and group segments, working closely with Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, and global partners to position the property as a premier Caribbean destination.
Hoilett most recently served as Director of Sales at Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman, where she successfully spearheaded the pre-opening and brand launch, consistently surpassing revenue targets while strengthening partnerships with OTAs and wholesalers. Her career also includes leadership roles at the Grand Cayman Marriott Resort and The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, where she was recognized with multiple awards for leadership and performance. While Hoilett will drive the property's global market presence, Clarke will focus on cultivating an empowered workplace culture.
This news follows the recent appointments of acclaimed hotelier Andrew Barlow as General Manager and award-winning marketer, Lucy Taylor as Director of Sales and Marketing. ONE | GT's full leadership team also includes Crystal Shaw, Director of Finance and Diana Jimenez Garcia, Director of Rooms with additional appointments to be announced in the coming months.
