
In anticipation of its highly awaited debut this winter, Grand Cayman's newest luxury boutique hotel, ONE | GT has added an accomplished Caymanian professional to its leadership team: Cashema Clarke as Director of Human Resources. She will play a pivotal role in shaping the hotel's internal culture and external market positioning as ONE | GT prepares to redefine luxury in Grand Cayman.
Cashema Clarke, newly appointed Director of HR for ONE | GT, brings more than twenty years of experience across the Cayman Islands' public and private sectors, with a track record of modernizing HR operations and mentoring local talent. Her career includes leadership roles at the Cayman Islands Health Services Authority, Palm Heights Hotel, Dart, and Red Sail Sports, where she earned the Top Employer Award in 2014. In addition to her professional achievements, Clarke has previously served as Deputy Chairperson of the Cayman Islands Labour Tribunal and President of the HSA Toastmasters Club. Deeply committed to community development, Clarke has also served as Youth Ministry as well as Social Director and now acts as Family Life Assistant Director at her local church, empowering young people and fostering community programs that strengthen families and nurture meaningful connections.
This news follows the recent appointments of acclaimed hotelier Andrew Barlow as General Manager and award-winning marketer, Lucy Taylor as Director of Sales and Marketing. ONE | GT's full leadership team also includes Crystal Shaw, Director of Finance and Diana Jimenez Garcia, Director of Rooms with additional appointments to be announced in the coming months.
