David Rosenberg has been named President, Focused Service Division. David joined Hotel Equities in 2020 and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Operations, where he oversaw the deployment of analytics-driven performance dashboards, managed M&A integrations, and led a substantial portion of HE's multi-branded hotel portfolio. He also guided the company's entry into the outdoor hospitality segment through the integration of Postcard Cabins into the portfolio. With extensive experience across both full-service and select-service hotels, David has held several executive roles throughout his career, consistently driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, and team engagement.
