With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she most notably held key positions within the global sales organizations of IHG and Omni Hotels & Resorts, where she partnered with a diverse portfolio of corporate and association clients.
As Director of National Accounts for the Northeast Region, Plaut will support the Arlington CVB Sales Team's efforts remotely from New Jersey, helping to develop and implement strategies that drive convention sales and deliver strong returns on investment.
A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University's distinguished Hospitality Management program, Plaut has built a career centered on a passion for people, cultivating relationships, and overall service excellence.
